Visa Information
Short-Term Student Visitor Visa
For courses lasting up to six months, or up to nine months for English language programs, you will need a Short-Term Student Visitor Visa. This visa does not allow you to work in the UK or extend your stay. Upon acceptance, Oxford Graduate School will issue you a Certificate of Enrolment, which you will use to apply for the visa.

Handbook Overview
This handbook is designed to provide essential information on admissions, visa procedures, enrolment, examinations, and student support services. It is crucial that every student reads and understands the guidelines set forth here to ensure a smooth academic experience at Oxford Graduate School.
Application Process
Admission offers are based on the information provided during the application process. Any discrepancies may result in withdrawal of the offer. Upon acceptance, students will receive an official offer letter, fee schedule, and accommodation options.
Fees and Refund Policy
- Payment: All fees must be paid in full before the course commences.
- Refunds:
- No refund without a medical certificate.
- Visa refusals may receive a refund, minus £200 in administrative fees.
- Withdrawals within 28 to 60 days will receive a refund minus one term’s fees.
Attendance Requirements
Oxford Graduate School requires all students to maintain at least 85% attendance. Failure to meet this requirement may lead to penalties and could jeopardize your visa status. Missing two or more consecutive sessions without valid reasons is not permitted.
Accommodation and Living in London
Oxford Graduate School assists students in finding suitable accommodation. Average rent for rooms ranges from £60 to £110 per week, with a deposit usually required for one month’s rent. Living in London is an exciting opportunity to experience one of the world’s most diverse cities.
